Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order please fill out the form below to request a Return Authorization Form within 7 days of the delivery date.

All returns are processed as store credit only in the form of an e-gift card minus the original shipping cost for unworn, undamaged, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. Please allow 3-5 business days to process returns. If you do not see an email with the funds, please check your spam folder. 

If you need to exchange your item for a new size, it will be processed in the same manner as a return. A new order will need to be placed once the return is issued.

Authorized returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date.

Goodfellas reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not approved. 

Customers are responsible for return labels. 

Orders returned for "Insufficient Address", "Undeliverable Address", "Unknown Address" etc.. will be processed as store credit minus the original shipping cost.
